Shipping policy

At Needlefly, we aim to deliver your favorite handmade products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy for a smooth shopping experience:

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through trusted courier partners TCS, Leopard, 

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 200 – PKR 300 (may vary based on weight and location)

• Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for free shipping.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days for major cities.

• Remote Areas: 7–10 working days.
  Delays may occur during holidays, sale events, or due to courier issues.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call/message before dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service for your convenience across Pakistan. Please ensure accurate address and active contact number for timely delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to track your parcel on the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or misplaced, please contact us at needlefly.x@gmail.com  within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

8. Non-Delivery

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or provides incorrect details, re-delivery charges will apply.
